Language models are great at timings, queries and prompts, and terrible at editing. So NoFace lets code do the cutting. Every video takes the same six-stop route.
Script from the channel's own brain
Noh writes a hook-first script from the channel persona, or from a trend the sweep flagged while you slept.
Voice text to speech, per channel
Each channel keeps its own voice. The voiceover's real duration becomes the spine of the edit.

Plan scenes cut on real pauses
The timings go back to the model once. It returns scene boundaries on natural voice pauses, each with a type and a search query. A validator clamps every boundary to the voiceover.
Fetch one clip per scene
Stock from Pexels and Pixabay, public-domain archive, or an AI still with motion for scenes nothing real can cover. Portrait-cropped for 9:16 before it ever hits the timeline.
Assemble deterministic, to the millisecond
ffmpeg drops each clip on its exact timestamp. Ken Burns on stills, karaoke captions from the word timings, the channel's grade, loudness-normalized audio. Out comes a finished vertical video.
Every channel gets its own brain.
A channel is a platform account plus a persona: voice, audience, hook styles, taboo list, palette. The engine only ever sees one persona at a time.

A rising-score sweep watches free trend sources and flags what is climbing before it peaks. Each flag lands in the one channel it fits.

Nothing posts itself. Finished videos wait in the channel queue for one tap: ship it or kill it. A channel earns autopilot only after its numbers do.

The cloud orchestrates; your hardware renders. Pair any Mac or PC with a six-character code and it starts pulling jobs: rendering, voicing, timing, fetching. Your phone becomes the review desk where you clear the queue.

What does NoFace actually automate?
The whole production line: script, voiceover, word-level timing, scene planning, footage sourcing and the final 9:16 assembly. Publishing stays behind a human gate until a channel earns autopilot.
Does an AI edit my videos?
No. The language model only produces timings, search queries and prompts. The editing itself is deterministic code: ffmpeg drops each clip on its exact timestamp. That is why output is repeatable.
How do multiple niches stay separate?
Every channel has its own persona: voice, audience, hook styles, taboo list, palette. The engine only ever sees one channel's persona at a time, so a true crime channel never bleeds into a finance channel.
Where does it run?
The control plane runs on Cloudflare. Rendering runs on your own machines: any Mac or PC you pair becomes a render node, and your phone becomes the review and posting surface.
Whose AI keys does it use?
Yours. Each member brings their own Claude key, or points NoFace at their own proxy endpoint. Keys are encrypted at rest and never leave the request that uses them.
